SWIFT Care is our psychosexual support package. It gives you direct, private access to a gynaecology-led team for the concerns women are so often left to carry alone: loss of desire, pain with intimacy, anxiety and low mood after birth, relationship strain, and the effects of menopause, surgery or illness on your intimate life. These are health issues, not character flaws. They respond to structured care — clinical and psychological together.

The SWIFT Care Supportive Package
A structured six-month programme combining clinical care with cognitive behavioural therapy:
- Initial assessment (30–45 min, telephonic or in rooms) — a comprehensive, confidential review of your medical and psychosocial history, with immediate support strategies from day one.
- App-based CBT programme (6 months) — weekly cognitive behavioural therapy modules, interactive exercises and progress tracking to reduce anxiety and low mood and rebuild confidence.
- Monthly follow-ups with a gynaecologist (15–30 min) — reviewing progress, adjusting the plan, and adding medical treatment where it helps.
- Final consultation (45–60 min) — a full review at six months, and a clear plan for what comes next.
Face-to-face consultations, psychotherapy referral and medical treatment are woven in whenever your situation calls for them — the programme is individually focused by design.
Fees
Initial assessment: from R2,300.
Your full programme fee is quoted after the assessment, once we know what your plan needs — no one-size-fits-all pricing for care that isn't one-size-fits-all.
Medical aid members: consultations billed at scheme rates where benefits apply.
