Well Woman 360 is our routine preventative gynaecology check — a doctor-led annual assessment that goes all the way around your health: cervical screening, pelvic health, breasts, hormones, contraception, and how you're actually feeling. Not a rushed smear-and-go, but a proper review with a specialist team. Prevention is the best gynaecology there is: most serious women's health problems — cervical cancer above all — are preventable or highly treatable when found early.
Who it's for
- Every woman from her twenties onward, once a year
- Women due (or overdue) for a Pap smear or HPV test
- Anyone with questions about contraception, fertility plans, perimenopause or menopause
- Women with symptoms they've been putting off: irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, discharge, discomfort
What the 360 covers
- Doctor-led consultation — your history, your risks, your questions, unhurried
- Cervical screening — Pap smear and/or HPV test, selected on clinical need
- Pelvic ultrasound — a look at the uterus and ovaries when indicated
- Breast check and guidance on mammogram timing
- Contraception & hormone review — from pills to long-acting options, perimenopause to HRT
- A clear plan — results explained, recalls diarised, referrals arranged if anything needs attention
Tests are planned after clinical evaluation — you pay for what you need, not a fixed battery of tests.
Fees
Cash: from R2,300 for the consultation; screening tests (Pap smear, ultrasound) quoted and added on clinical need.
Medical aid: billed at scheme rates — most schemes cover an annual gynaecological check from day-to-day or preventative benefits.
